But it's the artistic rather than the nutritional aspect that William Bradshaw, painting instructor at UCR, is discussing with students Nancy Smith (left) and Mary Ann Spires. Mary Ann painted the picture, which is part of an exhibit of student work now hanging in the administration building hallway.
