The print is by Leonard Baskin, much admired contemporary artist. It is one of a group of Baskin prints on display in the UCR administration building and library until March 8. Admiring it are William Coe, assistant professor of art and friend of the artist, and Margaret Fyke, freshman from San Gabriel. Feb 13, 1959

But it's the artistic rather than the nutritional aspect that William Bradshaw, painting instructor at UCR, is discussing with students Nancy Smith (left) and Mary Ann Spires. Mary Ann painted the picture, which is part of an exhibit of student work now hanging in the administration building hallway.
